Migrating In - How long?

I still get the above message in my members centre -> Phone calls page.
My broadband migration was completed on 28th and Tiscal claim they were notified by BT Wholesale on the 30th.
However my Tiscali Talk account is still active suggesting my BT landline (rental still goes to them) doesn't seem to have been migrated to Plus net  Home Phone yet.  How long does this usually take?

Hi there,
Your transfer order has been placed and is due to complete on the 13th of December.
Due to the way that we receive reports from BT we will get confirmation of this on the morning of the 14th, at which point you'll be sent the welcome email.
