Make mynumber ex directory

I've only had my line for 2 weeks and I'm already getting silent/nuisance calls, can I request my number is made ex-directory?

Re: Make mynumber ex directory

From memory I think Plusnet make numbers ex-directory automatically unless requested otherwise.

Re: Make mynumber ex directory

As @Mav has advised, our residential customers are ex-directory as default.

I've double checked the asset for your phone line and can confirm that your number is ex-directory.

Having said this, I'm sorry to hear you're receiving nuisance calls. To help with this, it may be worth looking in to Plusnet Call Protect, a free call feature which can help reduce/block nuisance calls. More information on this can be found here: https://www.plus.net/home-broadband/plusnet-call-protect

I hope this helps.
