I have just received an email informing me my advance line rental payment runs out in October , I am unable to find how much the line rental will cost anywhere on Plusnet website?

Why is it so difficult?

Can I renew my line rental ?

Your line rental price will be that which was agreed in your contract.

The current line rental price is £21.22 / month. That is the price since the price increase of CPI + 3.9%,.

If your contract includes the price increase clause then that is probably the price you will pay; if it is an older fixed price contract then the price will be specified in your contract and will be fixed until your contract expires or is renewed by you.

As @dvorak suggests, your contract useful place to start.
