Line rental - will it move or is it delayed

Morning,
Today (I know it's early) my line Rental was due to move away from PN. This was confirmed via emails from both PN and the new provider. Looking at tickets/questions on my account (stallan) I saw this

Does this mean the move will happen today or on the 29th ?

The line move will happen when the order completes, but the phone side of your account will remain open until the 29th - in part because that's the end of the current month and in part so that we can charge for any calls that were made before the transfer but haven't been billed yet.
