Line rental rises

Rochdale-based ISP Zen Internet has announced that they’re “freezing line rental costs for the next four years”, If they can do it so can the greedy so and so's who increase line rental prices each year despite wholesale prices reducing (Take note Plusnet).

Re: Line rental rises

But for low-volume FTTC the price of broadband isn't too bad.

50GB @ 40/10Mb for £20 (+ £17 for Telephone).

Might appeal to people with slow ADSL reasonably close to a FTTC cabinet.

I used to get 6Mb on ADSL, but now get 65Mb on FTTC.

Don't see what that has to do with line rental charges!

Swings and roundabouts -- what you make on broadband, you can discount on line rental.

Re: Line rental rises

It'll be interesting to see how they approach things when ISP's will start showing bundled prices.
