If I have paid line rental upfront do I get it back if I move service provider. Would the refund be automatic, or what would be the process I have to go through to claim a refund on line rental.
Thanks
Andy

LRS is non-refundable unless within 14 days of your order.

Last year I paid £155.88 for the upcoming year's phone line rental. This year, from Dec 2015, Plus want £180 or so, which is about £1.50 a month off.
In my opinion this is no longer worth doing. I have other phrases about this but will not write them here.
There was a time, many years ago, when I was enthusiastic about recommending Plus Net and have a list of referrals to show for it but, what with dropping the Value Package for small data users and now this, it gets more difficult for an honourable person to recommend something that is as much the same as anything else. I put it down to the creeping fungus of BT, who own Plus Net.
