Line rental move question

Hi,
I've inititated a request to move the line rental away from PN and just had confirmation from PN that this will take place as from 9th Jan. My contract ends on 19th Jan (I think), so is it possible to change the date to the 19th Jan ? If not, can you please advise on the penalty I would incur ?

Hiya,
We have no control over what date you move your services away from us.  This is done entirely by the company that you are moving your phone to.
Unless I have misunderstood?

I spoke to them last night requesting a set date but they could not guarantee it.
Could you please advise on the penalty I might incur leaving 10 days early ?

Hi,
If I'm looking at the right account, I can't see any contract that you are under other than needing to give us 10 days notice.

Hi there,
It's just the 10 days owed (plus any outstanding calls from that time) so I believe the most you should pay is 10 days' worth of that month's phone fees (line rental and call package if you have one).

Ok Guys, thanks for the information. Worst case is a small charge, nothing I'm to worried about.
