Line rental Saver renewal # 62194627

Hi just done the line rental saver as mine was running out in Jan 2013
Could one of the great CS team just confirm my new end date is now Jan 2014 (ticket id  62194627)

Our systems haven't updated to show that yet. But don't panic there can be a delay on this so I've made a note to come back and check this tomorrow for you.

Would just like confirmation that the Line Rental Saver I have just renewed will start on expiry of my current subscription, which is due on 01-02-2013.

service note SN147062485 confirms the renewal but due to the known problem it won't show as renewed yet. I'm monitoring that particular issue so I'll let you all know when that's been fixed.
