Line re-number (correct)+ Members portal details (incorrect)

Hi guys,
Recently had a successful re-number of my line. However, when I log into the members portal (under home phone) I still see the old number. As a consequence I cannot see any calls I have made/been charged for (and I know I have made a few chargeable calls, 0844)
can you help? cheers

Thanks for that. I've just logged in and checked and all is well again.  Smiley
What happens to the chargeable calls though as they do not come up in the itemised section? Nor does the invoice for the last month show any activity/charges?

ps the calls are not that many in number probably less than < £1 or £2.  But just wanted to be sure.  (I thought only 0845/0870 numbers were free, I've been calling 0203 and 0844 + assumed I would be charged for them?)

We'll be covering any chargeable calls made between the renumber and today as it's our bad after all.
