Line fault - noisy phone line

Please would someone answer my email regarding question no.  86556303. I think the fault has either gone away or been fixed but it would be nice to know which. Undecided

Sorry for the delay! It seems the fault has been fixed - the ticket has been returned to you. If you do have any further problems in the next 14 days please don't hesitate to respond back to the ticket, however, if the problem has been resolved then this ticket will close automatically after 14 days.

If you sent an actual email regarding a question it will have gone in to a black hole. As it says in the email about the ticket the email address is not monitored - you must respond via the portal.
