Please would someone answer my email regarding question no. 86556303. I think the fault has either gone away or been fixed but it would be nice to know which.

Sorry for the delay! It seems the fault has been fixed - the ticket has been returned to you. If you sent an actual email regarding a question it will have gone in to a black hole. As it says in the email about the ticket the email address is not monitored - you must respond via the portal.
