I migrated to PlusNet a few months ago. Recently there has been a lot of crackling on the line and also people calling me are telling me that it rings once or twice and then drops, I have also the same happen when trying to make outbound calls. I have disconnected all equipment and plugged a corded phone into the master socket and am still getting the same crackling.
I have tried the troubleshooter to start a line test a few times, but keep getting a message along the lines of "oops something went wrong, please call" Last time I called, it took over an hour to get answered. Is there a way to raise a phone line fault or get a line test without having to spend hours on the phone?
Sorry you're having some trouble raising this fault online and for the inconvenience caused. I've now raised the issue to our suppliers and created a fault support ticket here with a bit more info on the fault.
