Since your "Live Chat" appears to be dead and the Customer Service number does not take calls how do I get in touch re the above?

Thank you, I was able to speak to one of your team yesterday who very quickly and helpfully got things in hand for me, she has subsequently followed up to keep me informed re progress and will confirm resolution on Monday, once I was able to get through the customer service has been excellent
