Line down since 6th Dec
Phone line fault reported on 6th December, couple of comments online about off hold - on hold but still no landline....tried at least 15 times to get someone to pick up the phone to tech services,
listened to Xmas music for around 90 minutes, costing a fortune in mobile calls, not happy!
