Line down since 6th Dec

Phone line fault reported on 6th December, couple of comments online about off hold - on hold but still no landline....tried at least 15 times to get someone to pick up the phone to tech services, 

 listened to Xmas music for around 90 minutes, costing a fortune in mobile calls, not happy!

0800 numbers are free of charge to call from a UK mobile phone, as an FYI.

Thanks but it was calls elsewhere that I am having to make with the mobile that I was referring to 🙂
