I have no dial tone
I can't make calls
Calls to me go direct to answerphone.
Tried the line checker on the Plusnet website - sends me to the "OOPs something has gone wrong" page with a phone number which I cannot ring because I have no dial tone.
I have no mobile signal at my home - so I can't use that.
Help appreciated.

Sorry to hear this, there appears ot be a phone on the landline.
The fault has now been raised with Openreach who we work with on Phone issues for further investigation.
They have advised an estimated response time of 18/10/19 by 23:59:59. This is an estimate and the issue may be resolved before this point.
A full fault ticket has been raised on your account, which is where updates will be provided.
