Line Rental

Apologies if this is an obvious question but I've checked the FAQs and couldn't find an answer.
If I move to PN home phone do I still have to pay line rental to BT?
I remember reading that until ISPs like PN installed equipment in BT exchanges users still had to rent the line.

The £9.99 or £15 includes line rental. See here.
You pay the rental to PlusNet and you no longer have a billing relationship with BT.
PN effectively rent the lines from BT Openreach under a system called "Wholesale Line Rental" (WLR).

Just to echo the above from a more official stance.
There are no line rental charges additional to the £9.99 or £15 that you pay us.  We pay for the line rental on your behalf.

Thanks for putting me straight on this. Looks like BT are losing my custom as PN is a much better deal!
