Line Rental saver and moving house

We have annual line rental saver which is coming up for renewal. However we're probably moving house in the next month or so (we're at the "subject to contract" stage).

I plan to stay with Plusnet at the new house, so can I transfer the remaining line rental to the new address when we move?

Never mind. I found the Ts & Cs which says "In the event of a house move, Line Rental Saver can be transferred to the new phone line without penalty".
