Line Rental increase

I am currently on home phone evenings and weekends. I have just looked at my billing for the next month and the line rental has gone up from £11.99 to 14.99 per month.
I was not informed of any increase - has anyone else?

Re: Line Rental increase

No increase that I'm aware of - and £3 is a big step! Are you sure it's just line rental?
If it is, must be a mistake on PN's part I'd have thought.

Re: Line Rental increase

Did you opt for the three month free trial of Anytime and forget to cancel it? (Which is no doubt what they hope many will do - I remembered!)

Re: Line Rental increase

Hmmm. Broadband Extra plus Anytime calls are advertised at £14.99 (£11.49 + £3.50) which is what I was thinking of Embarrassed and then there's the £11.99 line rental on top.
But Account Transactions separates all the charges out, so it can't be that in any case.

That doesn't look right at all - I've raised a task to get this looked at for you, we'll update tomorrow. Sorry about that.

Re: Line Rental increase

Hi kateandstu13,
It seems the extra charges are for calls outside of your call plan. You can view these by logging onto your member centre, selecting phone calls and choosing last months calls in the drop down box.
