Line Rental Saver renewal

My LRS expires on 1/1/14  As understand it, if I renew I should retain my Talk Weekend & Evenings package and if I let it lapse and then re-sign up for LRS then, as with anyone taking LRS from October, the there's no call package included.
Looking at the renew LRS page on the member centre says that any talk package is chargeable so am I wrong about renewing "like for like"?

No you aren't
We have had it specifically confirmed that you will retain evenings and weekends

Is the "legacy" LRS slightly more expensive than the post October 2013 LRS (£131.88)?

Yes, The renewal charge is £137.88 (includes evening and weekend calls)
