Sorry for not picking this up yesterday guys. I was in the process of agreeing what the most amicable solution was in terms of refunding.

Hi Matty
Is the cause of these problems being investigated?
Is the system at fault and is it going to be fixed?
Is everyone who is renewing to beat the September 23rd deadline affected?
Will everyone who is adversely affected be recompensed without having to request it?

Good morning daveplus,
I have of course fed this back for investigation in case there are anymore examples. However we haven't located any at the moment.
It will be based on a system issue, however we think it's more to do with when the LRS was first introduced, rather than the September 23rd deadline.
Of course, we will endeavour to apply a fix and recompense where necessary. However, I am hoping that this is an anomaly.

Hopefully this is just a glitch and has happened in just a few cases,and to put others at ease

Thanks for that nadger, I've just checked my payment account online and the debit transaction is now there, transaction date was yesterday the10th of September.

Just to let the forum know.
Matty was correct and proved that I was only one month adrift in the LRS.
So my earlier statement that the LRS renewal payments had sacrificed the end of the existing LRS periods was incorrect.
I am going to be refunded for one month.
Thanks to Matty for putting the effort in to explain the situation & organising the refund.
It is appreciated.
