Yesterday I contacted Plusnet to renew my contract with a new deal. The contract will begin on 16 December as long I make sure to pay the Line Rental Saver. On the phone I was told I could do it online after logging it but I simply cannot find it. After going on https://portal.plus.net/apps/linerental/saver/portal it seems to tell me "Line Rental Saver isn't available with your current call plan." which does not make any sense to me. I never use the phone and I am fairely sure I am on a 'standard' plan that just about anyone gets. Why would I not have the option? Hopefully someone can quickly fix this as I prefer to pay online.
