I seem to be unable to renew my Line Rental Saver. I have still not had the email reminder. I have contacted you 3 times about this and my account just says "You're already signed up to Line Rental Saver. This is due to expire on 10-12-2018. We'll contact you before this to let you know when you can renew the offer."
I can see my colleague has requested your username via PM on another thread.
This is a known issue in other threads on our forum. A number of customers have been affected by billing related issues of which our back office team are working on to remedy.
If you are unable to process this yourself please contact Customer Services who will try and assist. I'm afraid this isn't something we can fix over forum. Direct contact would be needed from yourself.
