I guess it helps to have the right information from BTOR.  I recently had a phone fault - under water (local river) cable damage - which was out for about 6 days.  The service was restored on the Monday.  On the Wednesday I received an apologetic update from PN for the extended delay in rectifying the issue.  Told them that the service was fine and asked why the wrong information.  PN kindly pulled the BTOR problem updates and they just did not reflect reality.
The best that PN can do in such situations is not ideal when they are feed such inaccurate / incomplete information by their supplier.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
