Legacy Home Phone Package

Hi
I'm on anytime 240, am i able to stay on this product, or do i have to change (package or even provider).
If the 300 mins included national (01, 02 and 03) and international numbers it would be a fantastic product

Re: Legacy Home Phone Package

Hi Ian,
Anytime 240 will continue to exist, but at £10.95 with the new call charges and feature prices.
You won't be moved to a different product.

Re: Legacy Home Phone Package

also on the legacy 240 but wondered about the feature charges, currently have caller display and voice mail, £1.47 + £0.98 = £2.45, reduced to £1.96 for two, the new caller display £0.99 + £0.98 = £1.97, does that get a further 2 for one reduction?

Peter,
Will clarify in the morning.  I'll need to double check.

Re: Legacy Home Phone Package

Not that long ago we were told that customers could transfer to the Anytime legacy product but by special arrangement. Is this still the case? I ask because of the increase cost on the Anytime+ product and because I am not making full use of the unlimited call plan.

Yup.  Am currently waiting to hear back.
I'm fairly certain that the feature prices are in line with the other products.

Won't your Voicemail become free?
Or is that only if you take the new packages.......

Re: Legacy Home Phone Package

yup so I will save£0.98 on that so with the increase it will be about plus £0.25 a month, less than a penny a day  Smiley Smiley
