Hi @jostridge

I'm afraid we don't store a copy of your divert list so we'd be unable to provide this.

Best wishes

Dave

Re: Leaving PN Can I get my (Call Protect) diverted callers list

Hi @ jostridge,

Thanks for getting in touch.

I'm sorry to hear you're thinking of leaving us. I appreciate you need this information, however as advised previously, we do not store details of your Call Protect diverted caller list here. Try accessing the Call Protect menu on 1572 to see whether there is any option to get hold of your diverted caller information.

If you haven't done so already, if you wish to leave us you will need to speak to our Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632, between:

08:00 and 20:00 Monday - Friday
09:00 and 19:00 Saturday
09:00 and 18:00 Sunday

Thanks - LF

Thanks Lord Foul for your reply, but you still do not say who controls my data held in Call Protect diverted callers list.  Perhaps it is BT? but you do not say.

Re: Leaving PN Can I get my (Call Protect) diverted callers list

Hi @jostridge,

Thanks for getting back to me.

I appreciate your query and am sorry if my response has not been of help.

As Call Protect is a call feature the likelihood is that the information is stored on BT's systems, however this would not be something that would be available to access. If you are moving to a new provider it may well be that your new provider offers a similar service, this would be something to investigate with them as to whether such a service would allow you to transfer the particular diverted caller data you need when your services are transferred.

I'm sorry that I could not offer more information to you about this, however do come back to us if you need any further assistance.

Thanks - LF
