Lanline diverted to Mobile Phone - cancel code needed

Hi
Landline Phone been broken lately
Been advised it is now fixed but when listening for dialing tone there is an engaged signal
Wife dialled Home number and it diverted to Mobile , so can anyone advise the way to remove the divert please
Last time it happened I was given an easy quick way to remove the divert by the Openreach man so can anyone advise please

I have clicked Fixed but if you want to remove from Forum to declutter please do
