I have 2 landlines on 2 accounts at adjacent properties. Neither is working and fault checker is giving an inconclusive result or the "Oops" message.
I'd like to report a line fault, since one account has an old lady's fall monitor connected, so whilst the line is down, there is a risk to her well-being. But there's no way of doing this quickly without a long queue. It's likely that weather/trees have affected physical lines.
If there are any Plusnet staff monitoring, help would be appreciated. I can provide both landline numbers beginning 01403 25
