Thank you for getting in touch, I'm sorry that it's not allowing you to deactivate the voicemail feature via the member centre. I've had a look into this and it was showing that the feature has been removed on our side, but was still active on our supplier's side. I've placed an order to fully remove the voicemail feature on your line from our supplier's side and this will complete within 72 hours.
