Landline is not working, ie. there is no dial tone and I cannot make or receive any calls. It started in the last week and there have been no changes to my setup. I have followed the troubleshoot advice, and tested with several telephones, both corded and cordless. Tried to run several line tests via the Plusnet site, only to be told that the result was unclear.
I should add that my internet connection is working fine.
Any help would be appreciated.
Fixed! Go to the fix.
Thanks for reaching out, we may be having an issue with our Troubleshooter at the moment, whereby definitive results aren't made clear, and a Ticket is not being raised on our end. We're keeping an eye on this and will have it raised should it continue.
In regards to your line, I've run a test this morning which has found a disconnection within the network, this has been raised to Openreach and we're hoping to have it addressed by 01/07/2021. Apologies for any inconvenience caused here.
