Landline not working

The landline is not working and there's no dial tone. I'm really sure this is a problem with the cable from the street to our house. Please can someone arrange an engineer? I can't get through to plusnet on the phone.

Hey @Rouble, I've got the line tested for you and this has found an external fault. I've raised that to Openreach and this should be sorted within the next 48 hours. I've sent you an email with further details.
