Sick and tired of faults with Plusnet. Waited 47 minutes on phone with no answer. Chat is offline, cant contact via email. Total joke. If there's anybody at Plusnet with half a brain cell can they please contact me before I lose the will to live!
Tried to. Online chat not working, line checker not working. Finally managed to speak to an agent this morning after a 51 minute wait time. Estimated repair time four days! Third time with no land line this year.
