Landline confusion

I hope somebody can help us, a month ago i cancelled my virgin subscription because of issues with them. We decided to go with plusnet and i did it all over the net yesterday however at the time i provided my old phone number which is not in use anymore and i'm wondering if i've messed that up? i'm sure it told me the line was innactive and i ticked that box to say so and gave my debit card details to pay for a new line to be connected but i can't find that on my account status but i can see my old phone number?
Thanks, Sarah

Re: Landline confusion

We've placed an order for a new line installation, if our suppliers can find and activate a stopped line in the premises they will do so and we will be able to refund your fee.
The order was filled out exactly right, as soon as we have a confirmed engineer's time then we'll let you know. We wouldn't expect to see your old number listed on your account through the Member Centre so don't worry about that!
