Landline billing ?

Hi. I keep an eye on my sister's BB + phone account and by pure chance, noticed her monthly bill is up by about £9 for July. She pays £9/month for  Landline and mobile calls but has been charged £5.55 for a 1:36:00 call to 01903XXXXXX on 23/6/20 and £2.85 for a 1:18:00 call to the same number on 13/7/20, plus a few 20ps !  Is this wrong or am I missing something? Cheers.

@SirLurkalot

What you ar missing is that calls under the calls package are limited to durations of up to 1 hour.

Inclusive calls are a max of 60 mins, then you have to redial.

The 20p charges are probably for one-off uses of chargeable features like ringback.

Re: Landline billing ?

Many thanks to you both. I thought it might be that but a quick look at the help page didn't point that out. Cheers.
