@Kay26 Welcome to the forums. This will be related to your landline phone problems on your other thread. You need to resolve those first, and you will probably find you internet problems resolve themselves.

Who do you pay your line rental to?

OK. In that case, I would run through the phone help topic on the 'Help and Support' tab at the top of the page - until you have resolved that, your broadband will never properly stabilise.

Hi there Smiley I can see our Tech guys found an external fault on your line, you can monitor the Fault and update it on your account here.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you on here and for any inconvenience that this fault is causing.


I can see that you have since discussed this with our technical support team and they have found an external fault when testing your line. This has been raised to our suppliers for further investigation and we are due an update by Monday the 15th of June.
