Hello , we have an engaged tone whenever we dial out  - have completed a line check which states their is no line fault . we have plugged in a corded as instructed - this also had an engaged tone .

There is no chatline available and waiting time on mobile is unacceptable

Are you sure it's an engaged tone and not the voice mail waiting tone?

I have ran some checks on your line for you, and I'm not seeing any issues on there. Can you please dial 1571 and check your voicemail as recommended by @Browni.

The sound that you hear when you have voicemail is similar to an engaged tone. Please let us know how it goes.
