Land line not working

Hi, my land line has not been working for the last 2 days, I've checked all 3 phones in my house and they all have the same fault. Don't know if this will help but my fiber connection is working OK, but the line speed has fell from 80 Mbps to 55 Mbps this last week.

Also when my line was working it was very noisely

You need to report a phone fault. Follow the links in the troubleshooter and it should automatically raise a ticket. Be aware that there's reports of this not always working correctly so afterwards log in to your account and see if there's a new ticket atttached.

I've tried the above link 3 times in the space of an hour and all it's saying is.......

The result of your line check is unclear.

I've also checked for tickets attached to my account but there are none.

You could try reporting a broadband fault and see if that kicks them into action. https://faults.plus.net
