Greetings,
It appears I have no dial tone on the land line and the page to report always says unclear when testing line. Been without phone now for 4 days and if some one could test and raise a ticket I would be grateful.

The "Unclear" message seems to be the default naff response from the system; however, if a fault was found the system may have raised a fault ticket.
You'll need to check your My Account page to see if there's an active ticket.

I've run some tests on the line which aren't picking up on any issues within the Openreach Network. Before proceeding, please can you go through these simple troubleshooting steps found here
While testing, if you can, please use a wired landline phone. Let us know if you're still having issues and we'll be happy to investigate further.
