How can I request a line test as I have lost my dial tone. I have checked it with a cabled phone at the master socket but still dead.
Does Plusnet have a support email address ?

For now, I've created Ticket: 87393444 which asks you to complete some testing before we raise the fault to our suppliers. Please comment back on this ticket once you've carried out the testing and this will be notified to our Faults team who can progress this for you.
