I've taken broadband from Plusnet for years, but I have kept my landline with BT. I now want to move my landline to Plusnet to reduce costs, but I need to be 100% sure that I will be able to keep the same landline number when I move it to Plusnet. I see from posts in this forum that people have had problems with this. How do I make 100% sure I am doing the right thing from the start to make sure the number comes across?
If you add home phone as part of your existing broadband package, we'll automatically keep your landline number the same otherwise your broadband service would stop working if we changed it due to the way these type of orders work.
