I have just moved over to Plusnet today and my line is now active. I Would like to keep my landline phone number that i already have from virgin. Can you please confirm that this will happen.

This would have been booked before you paid and placed order to transfer home phone number not to worry though if the line is only active you may not have been asked for old number yet
