Hi all
My contract is up for renewal at the end of May, however the account is in my husband's name and we are now separated. I have been told that I cannot transfer ownership of the account to me and will therefore need a new account, however I will not be able to retain the landline number; if I want to keep it, I will have to go elsewhere!
I need to keep the landline number I have but do not wish to move from Plusnet. Is there anything I can do?
