Hi, I received an email after ordering broadband and home phone and the number quoted is different from my existing BT number.
Obviously want to keep the same number but there was never a suggestion from Plusnet that this would be different.
Is this just an admin error or does it need to be chased. Have called Plusnet but have message saying wait is 30mins min!
Go to the fix.
