Just set upPlusNet - no phone

I have just set up my new PlusNet Broadband connection. I signed up for broadband AND phone. Broadband seems to be working OK but the phone is not working - there is a dial tone but I cannot make or receive calls.
Help please

Thanks for reaching out. Tests on the line on our end are not picking up on any issues with the phone service. Can you please describe what happens when you try to make a call? We sometimes encounter such issues when importing a number from another provider, but this doesn't look to have been the case here.
