Joining Home Phone

I am due to change to Option 1 with 10GB at the end of my payment period Feb27th,and I want to join Home Phone Anytime+ I have recieved confirmation from BT that my rolling 12 month contact finished on Feb 20th,what do I do next,I dont want any problems thats why I'm asking first,dont want any OH you should have done this or that,no unforseen payments that I could avoid,any suggestions Please.

Hi Ted,
Your best bet is to put in a product change request after you've moved to Value.
You can keep the same broadband product, you'll just need to request the Home Phone product.
