Itemised Bill?

Is there no way to get an official looking copy (e.g something in PDF format) of an itemised phone bill with Plusnet?
Seems a bit of an oversight especially when having to provide a phone bill to claim work related telephone expenses..

Unfortunately not, you can download the calls as a CSV file though.

But nothing with customer's name and itemised calls in once place?
If other providers *cough* BT *cough* can do this - Then why not PN?

I'm sure Plusnet can, it's possibly in the new billing system that has been mentioned lots of times. (I'm deliberately not saying 'worked on' since no one outside Plusnet knows whether it is or not). Unfortunately the present system doesn't provide them in a single place.
