I've been charged 12p per minute for a 0844 call is this correct.  If it is I hate Currys for making me hold on as I have almost £3.00 extra to pay.  Its not a lot but its the fact I am on call anytime package.

I check with a website called "say no to 0870 " to see if alternatives to 0844 numbers exist. For Curry's several alternative 0870 or geographic numbers are given which would be free on your call plan. http://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php
