From account summary -
"Included:
1471, 141, Voicemail (1571), Ringback (10p per use),"
From call summary-
"callreturn 20/10/2014 14:14:50 00:00:00 £0.20"
Is a call return a ringback and if so why £0.20?
The other question nobody can answer - why don't they listen to me when I say stop dialling 3!!!

Firstly thank you Alex.
Although they sound as if they are the same thing the two terms describe completely different scenarios then. Call return is where I dial 1471 and then 3 to ring that number. Call back is when I ring a number which is engaged and then use the facility to ring the same number automatically when it becomes free. I've found the terminology confusing in the past but I've got it now

Hi longedge,
I'm glad to hear that we could help and clarify on the two terms for you.
I'll pass your thanks over to Alex!
