Is The "Calls Made" Feed Broken Again?

Hi,
Is there problem with the calls made feed for Home Phone? I've not had any calls confirmed since last Friday (18th Jan) and I wondered if this is affecting anyone else? There is nothing on the service status.

It's been a bit slow updating over the past week.
My calls are confirmed up till the 21st.

Hi guys,
We have a small backlog of data, due to an issue with processing the received files over the last couple of days. The problem was resolved yesterday, and we're about to start processing the data manually.
In short, all data will be caught up by the end of the day.

Everything is up to date again now - thanks.
As an aside, shouldn't this sort of problem be reflected in the service status? It would save posting here or raising a ticket when things don't appear to be working properly.

Calls I made last night, between 18:00 and 20:00 do not show up on my Calls Made tab yet. I have only been on HP for a few days, so ... is this normal?

dont take any notice of their claim 'updated every 4 hours' when we had the problem at Xmas pn stated, we only download the info once a day

Hi there,
The unconfirmed call data is updated every 4 hours. The confirmed call data is updated once each day.
You should ordinarily see data for calls around 4 hours after making them, however this can take longer depending on the type of call made.

These were normal 01XXX phone calls, and have just shown up on Calls Made.
The page listing Calls Made states:

Call data is refreshed every 4 hours from 08:00 to 24:00.

I guess somehow calls made at 17:18 and 19:47 did not get processed before 24:00.
Not a big problem to be honest, just means I am aware of how much I should trust the information it displays.
