International collect to USA

Mums over, and just called her bank using an "international collect" (Freephone) number. Area code 302

Does this work with plusnet? IE Will charge to me have been zero?

that is Delaware
did she follow this sort of procedure http://www.rebtel.com/en/International-Calling-Guide/VoIP/International-Collect-Calls/ or did she just dial it
or did she start with a UK free number http://freevcalls.blogspot.co.uk/2009/12/collect-calls-to-usa-or-canada-from.html

No she didn't , and yes we were charged. Fortunately only a 3 minute call.
